At Uline, I operated at the intersection of brand strategy and high-volume creative execution, helping shape how a $10B B2B leader showed up across nearly every customer touchpoint. I partnered closely with marketing directors, analysts, and a 140-person in-house creative team to develop integrated campaigns that translated customer insight into clear, commercially effective storytelling. My work was presented directly to senior leadership, and I regularly pitched campaign concepts and strategic rationale to marketing directors, VPs, and executives to drive alignment and decision-making.

My approach started with customer behavior. Using Power BI performance insights and customer feedback signals, I identified patterns in what drove engagement and response, then used those learnings to inform new creative directions, campaign tactics, and channel execution. Programs spanned Uline’s catalog ecosystem, direct mail, email, and digital placements, with each initiative built to increase relevance, drive action, and strengthen brand perception.

I also led art direction for hundreds of photo shoots, ensuring visual consistency at scale while maintaining speed, quality, and operational precision. In a fast-moving environment with many stakeholders, I worked within a structured review process, coordinated across teams, and ensured creative output stayed aligned to brand standards, timelines, and business priorities.

 

This experience strengthened my ability to thrive inside a large organization, collaborate across functions, and deliver creative work through repeatable systems, clear communication, and executive-ready storytelling.
